In January 2007, Mr. Loveless became an associate attorney for Diana S. Friedman. Mr. Loveless practices exclusively family law litigation. Prior to joining the firm he was an associate attorney at Pezzulli Kinser, in Dallas. While working at Pezzulli Kinser, Mr. Loveless focused his practice on all aspects of complex family law litigation and also assisted the civil litigation section of the firm on several high profile cases. Prior to joining the private practice Mr. Loveless served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ann McClure at the Eighth Court of Appeals in El Paso, Texas. Working for Judge McClure, he assisted in the drafting of over 50 opinions and helped Judge McClure achieve the prestigious status among her peers, as during the 2003 fiscal year she published more opinions than any other Appellate Judge in the State of Texas.
While attending the University of Tulsa, College of Law, some of his legal experiences included the following: a law intern for the Eighth Court of Appeals, working for the in-house legal department at the Quantum/Zebco corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and working for the Tulsa Public Defender's Office, Juvenile Division.
Mr. Loveless strives to represent clients by listening to the client's goals, and then creating a road map for achieving their goals as quickly as possible. He firmly believes that clients must be thoroughly informed and he strives to develop and present all possible options to assist the client in resolving their case. When an attorney offers all possible options, along with the potential outcomes, it allows the client to make informed decisions regarding the plan for achieving their personal legal goals.
